The Queen City of Southern Philippines is Cebu, which sits right in the heart of Central Visayas. Most of Cebu websites will reveal terrific white-sand beaches. Here's a different angle - Cebu hosts one of the largest Casinos in the country.
On this photo is the facade and driveway of Waterfront Casino and Resort Hotel in Lahug. They serve topnotch entertainment and very good food! Most tourists, when they are done with getting tanned under the sun, spend the nights away in Cebu's world-class casinos.
