Travelogues

I was lucky enough to experience life-altering six months traveling Americas (June ’07 – December’07). I took thousands of photos and I will post some of them here on TrekEarth. Unfortunately it will take some time since TE allows only one photo per day.

My route looked something like this:

USA – Canada – USA – Mexico – Guatemala – Belize - El Salvador – Honduras – Nicaragua - Costa Rica – Panama – Colombia - Ecuador (plus Galapagos Islands) – Peru – Bolivia - Chile (plus Easter Island) – Argentina – Brazil - Uruguay.

My rough estimate is that I traveled some 50 000 kms during my six months and enjoyed probably around thousand hours of different forms of transportation. I guess those figures do not really matter – I was having heck of a time, met wonderful people and cannot wait to get on the road again!

I will post my photos in chronological order and try to tell a bit more information in each photo. I will do my best to write comments both in English and Spanish.

Era bastante afortunado viajar de seis meses en Norte, Centro y Sur América (junio 2007 – diciembre 2007). Tomé millares de fotos y voy a enviar algunos aquí en TrekEarth. Desafortunadamente TE permite solamente una foto por día – va a tomar mucho tiempo.

Mi ruta era:
Estados Unidos – Canadá – Estados Unidos – México –Guatemala – Belice - El Salvador – Honduras – Nicaragua - Costa Rica – Panamá – Colombia - Ecuador (+ Islas Galápagos) – Perú – Bolivia - Chile (+ Isla de Pascua) – Argentina – Brasil – Uruguay.

Mi estimación que viajé mas o menos 50 000 kilometros durante mis seis meses y senté probablemente mil horas de diferentes formas de transporte. Creo que no importan esas figuras realmente - tenía un tiempo magnifico, encontre gente maravillosa y no puedo esperar para viajar a los paises lejos muy pronto!

Fijaré mis fotos en orden cronológica y voy a decir a un pocito más información allí. Voy a escribir en Ingles y Español – si, es para personas que prefieron leerlo en su lengua pero es un bueno oportunidad para practicar mi castellano tambien. Me disculpo por errores :)
