2009Gawai trip to Kpg Semban by Bill Laucp (14314) 2009-06-01 - 2009-06-02

This year, I spent June 1 & 2 Gawai at Kampong Semban, Bidayuh village cited at 3300ft amidst the mountains near border Kalimantan and above the misty morning clouds. Trekking 13km up and down 500ft to 3300ft of Borneo highlands' jungle trails in at least 4hours to reach destination. Read and hope you enjoy the trip like I do.

Trip to Sabah - Land below the wind by Bill Laucp (14314) 2008-03-05 - 2008-03-16

Sharing with you the Sabah trip photos. We planned our Sabah trip late last year, having to book Mt Kinabalu accommodation at least 6 months ahead. Five trekkers confirmed for a climb to Mt K and travel across Sabah from March 5 to 16, 2008. Some good guides given by Sabah TE members to help us.
