Hiking to the oldest tree by Markus Hoffmann (62) 2012-08-00 - 2012-08-00

This was not an every day hiking-tour to see the oldest tree of the world. Sweden scientists named this spruce "Old Thikko". His genome has an age of round about 9550 years. And we were also happy to have a forest warden all time as tour gide! Thanks to Stefan for all explanations and special for "Der Baum des Tages". (7 photos)
