Canada vacation 2006 by Nel Diepstraten (1872) 2006-05-13 - 2006-06-03

We (my BF and I) went on a three weeks vacation with a rented RV through Alberta and British Columbia. We were looking forward to it for a very long time, because it was on our to do list for years and now we could actually go.
The places we visited were: Calgary, Field, Revelstoke, Kamloops, Vancouver, Victoria, Whistler, Clearwater, Jasper, Lake Louise and Banff. Everywhere we went it was absolutely beautiful, but the Canadian Rockies especially just stole my heart. (11 photos)

Christmas vacation Germany 2006 by Nel Diepstraten (1872) 2006-12-22 - 2006-12-27

We had a 5-days holdiday in Germany in the area that's called the Eifel. The Eifel is a low mountain range in western Germany. The Eifel is bordered by the Moselle River in the south and the Rhine in the east. In the north it is continued by the hills of the High Venn (Hohes Venn), in the west by the Ardennes.
We didn' t have snow that Christmas, but there was a lot of frost, so we did have a white Christmas after all. In these 5 days we made some nice walks and we visited the Eifel Zoo. And these are some of the pictures we made there. (7 photos)

On our vacation this year we went to France, were we stayed at Montigny en Morvan, located in Parc the Morvan in beautiful Burgundy.
We stayed there for 8 days in september and had some very nice weather. We visited Lac de Panneciere, Gorge du Narvau in Lormes, Bazoches, where we visited Chateau Bazoches, Cascade Gouloux, Bibracte, Lac de Saint-Agnan and the towns of Decize and Autun.

Our Scotland vacation 2005 by Nel Diepstraten (1872) 2005-08-12 - 2005-08-21

In the summer of 2005 we (my BF and I) went to beautiful Scotland. We wanted to see it for a long time and it was a great holiday. We stayed in Delny, Inverness and we have seen places such as Lochness, Cromarty point, Aviemore, Cairngorm mountains, Black Isle, went to the Highland wildlife park and made a dolphin-boattrip in Buckie. And ofcourse we made a lot of nice pictures there, so here they are! (10 photos)
