Here I'll insert many pictures I took during my first visit to the Capital City of Brazil, from January 2nd to January 4th 2008! Brasília is in the Center-Western (Midwestern) Region of Brazil, in the middle of the State of Goiás, in the "Distrito Federal"/"Federal District". It was founded in April 21st, 1960, by the former President, Mr. Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira. The city was a visionary project of Oscar Niemeyer and Lúcio Costa.
