This is a group theme and any kind of watertower from anywhere in the world is welcome. I create the theme because I noticed that watertowers sometimes are architecturally quite daring. And several TE members have confirmed this. So let's see what we end up with here.
Denmark has been a Lutheran protestant country for several centuries, but was christianised as far back as in 926. For a small country it has a great abundance of stone churches, where the tradition earlier was to build a stone church even for the smallest village or hamlet. These churches vary in size and colour and architecture, and the outside as well as the inside often tells interesting stories. This theme group is dedicated to images related to that particular subject.
Whenever you see two or more photographs on TE of the same subject (building, mountain, event or whatever) taken by different photographers, please add them to this group.
A lot of flags of course contain these three colours. But I have noticed how they are all around us - and tend to catch the photographer's eye quite often. This group theme is dedicated to photos with those three colours as predominant elements.
I have noticed a few TrekEarth users with the same global passion for Formula 1 racing as yours truly. This theme is dedicated to all those amateur shots that will hopefully open new aspects of that particular sport to all of us.
