The "correfoc" is an old tradition in Catalonia.

Really in all the Mediterranean area the fire, this culture, is very important.
And, the correfoc cannot be understood without the fire.

We can see people dressep up as devils.

Just the day that born this theme is the first anniversary of the death of the great composer Jerry Goldsmith.
The list of his work is really long: five Star Trek, the Omen trilogy, Rambo trilogy, Masada, The wind and the lion, Islands in the Stream, Alien, Chinatown, Total Recall, Poltergeist, Freud, The Planet of the Apes, The Agony and the Ectasy, Rio Lobo, etc.
There are near of 150 films.

And here there will be photos that, by the title, can remember the work of Goldsmith.
