Dear Jusni

Thanks for your critique, there are many similarities between Thailand and Malaysia. However in my view Thai kitchen on wheels are cleaner then most in Malaysia. Especially the dishes are cleaned with water and detergent, what is seldom done in Malaysia. They just dip it in the water.
