| hi bev, my way of b&w conversion: first i use "photofiltre" where i apply some "hue deformation" function which turns the full colour photo into monochromatic one wich some green casts, second: i desaturate the image which results in something close to old newspaper "washed out" version, third: i use paint shop pro where i run some "clarify" feature, and then - back in photofiltre, i adjust gamma and contrast... bw, j. |
