Hi Austin! Thanks for the kind comments on two of my photos! You have a wonderful gallery by the way....very interesting checking it out! Just on a note about the Taj Mahal, it occurred to me that I am pretty sure it closes on Fridays. I actually ran into someone who had gone there only for that one day....and consequently missed it. So keep that in mind, and don't plan for Friday. For Indians its very cheap to get in, but for tourists its about 750 rupees, or about 15 dollars Canadian I think. Anyway, I guess that means that perhaps weekends fills up more with locals, adding to the already copious tourist mix. So I am not sure, but perhaps during the week may be quieter. They don't allow tripods, perhaps precisely to avoid just more clutter, so everything has to be hand held shooting. And they don't allow things like cell phones, or mini computers etc. But they do provide lockers at the entrance should one get in a bind over such items. Anyway, it truly is an amazing creation; truly moving to see it up close.....a true marvel of design, and construction! Have a great trip in India.
