Hi Donato,
Thanks for your very kind words. It is a surprise that this grove resembles the Sardinian woods. But on the other hand, these not so typical Finnish trees can give that impression of course. The big tree is Wynch Elm. I agree that photographing a forest with not any real eye-catchers or open spaces to create some variation into the composition is very difficult. The result is easily just a mess of branches of trees. Maybe only the photographer himself/herself can enjoy such a photo, because it reminds him about the real nature experience in the middle of the woods. A good example of such photos is my photo upload 9th July 2008. :-)
Thanks also for caring of my cold, which fortunately and eventually is now history. :)
