Hi Peter! Not too cold as one can image considering where Ushuaia is, at the very tip of South America. During the seven days I were there, in July (wintertime high season), at night didn't face less than -5ºCelsius! Not much windy also! I was told during fall and summer the wind blows harder and although temperature is not too low, the sensation is worse than in winter! That's it!
