Yes, unagi means eel, but there's extra explanation written in chinese characters for more info which I couldn't read of. This is not a big museum, hardly to find someone who could explain it to you in English. Let's just guess, this is either a failed genetic mutation of an eel, or a proud alien got caught hundreds of years ago ;-). He looked so proud, hahaha....
