For your comments and for taking a look at my photograph. I know a lot of folks can't or don't want to spend a great deal of money on a Gitzo, even if they are the best tripods for travel - I tried and tried to snipe one at an affordable price on eBay and was never able to do it, so I researched carbon fiber tripods for a bit and found that Feisol actually makes the carbon fiber used for the Gitzo tripods. While they still are not cheap, they are a heck of a lot less expensive and invaluable in times of need! I sincerely hope I've helped!
