Hi Neyvan,
I think you are lucky with this Ukrainian grandfather:-). Ukraine is a large country, I have had the opportunity to see only a small part of it. But this monastery it is a "must to see" place. Not only for it's natural beauty but for it's spiritual heritage. It is a special place where you fell closer to heaven. That is due of the very long monastic tradition of this place.
