The colors are caused by length of exposure time. No filters at all. I will add some more photos soon. The shorter the exposure time, the more blues you get, the longer, it tends to go towards the red/orange end. This shot was about a 1.5 minute exposure at F8 with 100 asa Fuji Provia slide film. The next couple images I will upload are shorter time exposures, and a lot closer, so the colors are much closer to actual. More examples are on my site, stormguy.com. Thanks!
