hi gerald! thanks for the kind words about my shot.. if you're heading there for your first time, i'd definitely recommend moraine lake (the same road as lake louise - about a 14 k detour up the same moutain road and there's road signs directing you), lake louise of course, peyto lake (only visible easily from a vantage point quite high up a mountain and looking down on this blueish marvel), and lastly something i recently discovered - highway 40 heading south, a number of kilometers EAST of banff and outside of the national park. it's where they filmed 'brokeback mountain' and here's a link with directions (although i only went about 15 K on this road - not nearly as far as longview): http://www.squidoo.com/highway40 i look forward to your pictures! regards, doug			CanadaCanada Jewel dcawker (5691) *
