Hi, Peter - See the photo I linked to in the note; these springbok had come out from somewhere and were just jumping all over. I can't say if there were any females (or if this kid was male or female; both genders have horns). Once I came out of my shock at seeing this display of pronking behavior (pronkmanship?) I shot all the photos I could. I'm writing this, by the way, from Cannon Beach, where we've stopped for the night. It's been overcast and rainy ever since we arrived in Oregon, but I did get some photos. I'm trying to decide if Picture Project is good enough to prepare a shot or two for TE while we're still on the road. (The laptop doesn't have enough power for Photoshop.) Enjoy Pt. Reyes!
