Yup- this is a 15 second exposure. Although the wheel is moving 'most' of the time, it does stop on occasion for elderly or handicapped passengers to get on and off. During this exposure, it was stopped for somehting like the first 12 seconds then started moving for the final 3 etc.

P.S.- Just bought a new photo printer last night. Canon Pro9500 whcih prints up to A3 size. I haven't printed anything other then the print head alignment so far- but will keep you posted.
