| Hello JY, The main section of the Gold Coast beaches can not be accessed by cars directly. You have to park and walk down to the water. I should have probably included in my note that the tyre tracks are left be quad bikes (four wheel drive motorcycles) that the beach patrol surf lifesavers use to monitor the coastline.
