| Andrew, Thanks for your feedback - it's always welcome. About the differences in light between 'the shop and curved steps' and 'the overexposure of rooftops and sunshades'. How would you go about to equalize these differences - I know it's hard with the overexposed parts - in the best possible way? The only way I know, and used, is adjusting brightness and contrast - but that's on the image as a whole, not considering individual variations. And then using burn or dodge tool on bright or dark parts. Is there a better way you know of - applicable on this image - using 'Levels' or 'Curves' in PhotoShop7? Or how do you go about handling these issues? I'd appreciate any tip-off from you in this matter. Have a nice week! Best regards, Kaj |
