Digi-mom:-) Sorry for the delay of my answering. Þ is pronounced= eth. There fore: Þingvellir is (e)Thingvellir. This picture was not meant to show the houses on "Thingvellir" Just to show the area first and then I was going to continue getting nearer with pictures of all the houses on Thingvellir. Þingvellir 1 was meant to be the first photo in my picture series on "Thingvellir" The next photo I will (still not got near to take a picture of the houses and surroundings) take and place here on TrekEarth with texts of the most precious national park of Iceland.
