hi radeeh, yes there are men at the summit in the middle, there is a part at the back of the rock where you can climb to the top while holding on to a rope. after the rope part you climb the edge by holding very carefully. I have climb that rock before and decided to stay at this side to take their photo. the girl at the photo slipped and broke her arm in 3 places a few minutes after the shot			PhilippinesPhilippines Meditation bend1k (910)
