Salvator, I feel guilty giving you the link to this photo. I did not mean to get it reviewed, as much as providing as a counterpoint to your photo of the small red boat. The skyline is entirely different now in Beyoglu compared with the view in this 1973 slide. And in my last few visits, I did not see any more small boats with vivid colors.
