Hi Uhu! Well, in Belgrade there are many crossroads like this one, 5 or 6 at least. Only two of them are built in reacent days - in same time when Belgrade Arena was built for European Basketball Championchip few years ago. Otrhers were built much earlier, maybe 30 or 40 years ago, while Yugoslavia was under communistic regime, and I really don't know if that has something to do with building megastructures like this one, or maybe it was basic motorway need - probably both :) . And, speaking of communism, Yugoslavia was very communistic country - maybe not so hardcore comunistic like USSR - but very communistic. After all, here in Serbia, we still feel consequencess.
