Hello Marina!! Why is it so strange?;) More than 80% of Belarussians are orthodox christians as well as Serbians :) And as You know orthodoxy roots come from Byzantia:) We have a lot of Byzantine style churches. Unfortunately the majority of churches were destroyed by nazis and soviet government. Probably You know Sofia Cathedrals in Polozk and in Kiev (Ukraine). Both were constructed in Byzantine style.
