| The E-10 did not have detachable lens's. You added telephoto lens to the front of the built in lens. It was the first affordable, ~$2k, digital SLR--at the time the Canon and Nikon cameras were >$3k-,and so it was worth it to get a DSLR even if there were no interchangeable lens's. as a result the focusing was done with the built in lenses but the fl shown in the exif is wrong. this was probably taken with a 300mm fl, or possibley a 600mm one--you get the 300 with a Tcon 300 lens and the 600 by putting a Tcon 300 and a TCON 80 telephoto in series. with the 2 telephoto lens's it's longer than the sigma 50-500mm lens. sorry i didn't make that clear. thanks for the feedback, glad you like the photo! have a healthy, happy, and Holy, new year! |
