I will first address the spot metering: I almost always only use spot metering to figure out my exposure by metering off different things in the image and then deciding what exposure i want. f22 was only because it was getting dark and i wanted as long of an exposure as possible to blur the water some. You can see a slight blur in the water. I moved to a different location after this shot but ideally i would have stayed a bit longer to be able to utilize a longer exposure. Thanks.
