Hi Aralda, Thank for your comment. Yyes, it is a ruined temple. It belonged to the Mon tribe who lived in this valley. But the valley was flooded 20 years ago to make a water reservoire So, It had been under water for 20 years. At this time there was a drought and , for the first time,it came above the water again for about a year. All the decoration has been washed away, but you can still see the bell tower next to it.Now, it has gone back under the water again and we may not see it for another 20 years.
