Hi Dan -- Thanks for your comments. Tracking gorillas was an amazing experience, and given the opportunity, you should definitely do it. I was also impressed with how the Ugandans appear to be doing an excellent job balancing the need for tourist income with a desire to protect the gorillas and the local environment. It's not a cheap experience (you need to buy a permit, which, if I remember correctly, was about $200 USD) but it was well worth it. Mimi			UgandaUganda Silverback mimi (2321)
