To PJE: I think it's intensity on the child face.plimrn::2006-09-23 11:05
I was watching the young children explore and they all had an unsmiling look. Isabella takes a lot of child photos and few of them are smiling. I think children this age have so much to learn; it is really serious business to them. I do have some wonderful pictures of my own son and his daughter, when each was this age, with delightful smiles. From my observations now; I see this look of intensity more often than the the look of spontaneous joy that we tend to capture and treasure in photos. Thank you for your comments, I didn't mean to rave on. It just that I spent a lot of time thinking about this before I posted either of the unsmiling child photos I posted recently.
