hi dale, yes dale it is moderately difficult. from where the lady is sitting. you will have to go down an 80 degree slope. when you reach that rock, there is a part where you need to climb a rope about 15 feet high and then a little rock climbing. i have climbed that rock before and I dont feel quite lucky yesterday so I settled for climbing the summit from where i took this photo			PhilippinesPhilippines Meditation bend1k (910)
