I had read a story in the local newspaper where some tourist let her dog walk and it was grabbed by a bald eagle....well in the other sense, I suppose it could be interpreted as: if your dog has oil, then you better acquire nuclear weapons technology as a leash or deterrance, I had not thought of this until I read your message			United StatesUnited States Symbols capthaddock (28640)
