Hi Nick! Thanks for commentary. In the Ural Mountains the spring is the best time for rafting or after few days of rainy weather (like in the photo). As a rule in the summer all the rivers are very quiet (typical forest rivers, which is good for rafting with children) and some of them become shallow for rafting.
