Hi Brian, You're right, I wasn't very happy about the dark bit on the left either. I tried some longer exposures to get a bit more detail there, but the sky started to burn out. This shot was the best compromise. I love that shot of yours of the statues on the beach, I'll have to try and get down there sometime.
