Hi Dan. Yes, you are right. Most people are poor, very poor, in North Korea to the extent that 7% are starving and 30% are malnourished. But I doubt whether these classes are staged just for foreigners because the kids are so talented they must get tuition every day. What I am not sure about is whether they are all so neatly dressed on the days that they don't get any foreign visitors. Cheers . . .
