Simone, GPJ is used as a condiment with cheese and crackers. You can use any cheese you like even cream cheese. One of my favorite snacks. If I could only get my wife to make me some since it is hard to find on the store shelf. Yes the Calico Rock jar is destined to be a souvenior forever. It makes me wonder how long the contents will still be edible. Somehow I don't think green pepper jelly is like wine in this regard; only gets better with age. The bloke in the jar does enjoy taking pictures. He likes his new compact Nikon Coolpix S2, but is finding its limitations quite confining. When my budget allows I'll have to consider an upgrade. I saw where you are an Anglo-Italian living and working in Rome Italy. My dad served with the 10th Mountain Division in Italy in WWII.
