I love that "Green Pepper Jelly"! My wife makes a nice batch, but I have not been successful getting her to make any for me lately. She is a busy mom too. Maybe I should learn to make it myself. The Calico Rock jar is destined never to be eaten because I bought it as a souvenir since I knew the store was closing. Thanks for noticing. I wish I had planned for a little more sunlight filtering through the jar, and I didn't notice myself in the reflection until after I posted it. Oops...
