First of all, thanks for your comments and tips.
I agree with you the river is a bit overexpose, but it was an option because i wanted to give some colour to the trees. So i try (as your advice) braketing, i try 0,-1,-2 points, this shot is -1 point. The 0points it's over-overexpose, the -2 points it seemns a B&W shot the trees are all in black.
The problem is to shot in front of the sun, special when it is down it makes allways the some problem.
