Thanks for the comments... I think I did put the contrast up too much. The sharpening, I have not done any more than normal, however the detail in all the vegetables has sucked up a lot of jpeg space... normally I can save a quality of 9 (using Photoshop) and get a 200K file, in this case to get it under 200K I used a quality setting of 5, so what you may be able to see are jpeg artifacts.
