I could be very rude here, as I think a lot of your pictures have a very strong red hue. If you like that, then 大変失礼しました！
I used PS to adjust colour balance, and altered contrast as well (which helped remove some of the background by making it overexposed).

I try not to crop off photo parts, but in this one I believe cropping makes it look far better.
