I did some perspective correction, cropped, sharpened and brightened the picture, color adjustment and smart blurred the sky. Finally I added a border. Hope you like it.

Using Photoshop Elements 2, here's what I did:

1. Cropped the photo from the right to put the tree more off-center.

2. Used the foreground color picker to pick a blue hue from the sky. With the color picker open, I picked a darker hue of the same color.

3. Added a gradient fill layer. The gradient layer uses the blue color from the foreground that I set in step 2.
Blending mode: Multiply
Opacity: 70%

4. Applied an unsharp mask (20/50/0).

Sharpened
Cropped on the left to concentrate on the group on the right.
Used "levels" in PS to get more difference between dark and bright areas.

I straightened up the horison, ran the auto-levels and cropped it to "clean" the composition a bit...

Ahmed-I cropped and resized your photograph to emphasize the ice on the branch. I sharpened in lab color, and framed . What do you think ?
