For this workshop, I cropped the image on the right, removed the picture frame, and aplied "Auto Levels" (using Photoshop CS2 software). This removed the blue cast of the original photo.

Increase saturation at full. Increase contrast.
Due to some colors, it is looking good to see some architecture part in the background.

nice picture, but i thought few fixes might be useful
1. strightened the horson (choose measure tool, and then: image/rotate canvas/arbitrary )
2. crop out the white bits that showed up (i'm loosing the frame here as well)
3. sharpen USM (Luko's method)
4. changed the sky (erased the previous one, added gradient, slected mutliply as blending option)
5. adjusted levels - hence less pink and blue in the image - more green and yellow
6. put the frame back (all white) - optional
hope u don't mind i made those changes

Changes:
Cropped to show the woman's relaxed attitude and the girl's resignation in the background. And to balance foreground and backlground elements.
Contrast added 10%
Saturation added 10%
Highlights and Sahdows increased a bit.

Hello Jamal,
I just adjusted levels and increased the color levels..:))) Now it has FANCY colors eh???
And cropped a little from left and bottom to make the flower shop closer and dexrease the crowd.

Cropped your picture, then enlighten the shadows and highlights, both 20%. Then framed it. Hope you likes it. brgds Tommy
