Did two simple modifications - first rotated it a half a degree so that the corner in the middle stands exactly vertical. Then, tinted some of the elements to give it an 'old hand tinted feel'. You get the idea. It's a nice image!

OK, I just altered the levels to give it a little more pop, sharpened it by one point and added a little border.
