Intro: Like so many on this site, I have always been interested in both travel and photography and TrekEarth gives me inspiration for both.
It really is great to receive comments on my own photos and I have really learned a lot from this and from looking at other's photos. I try to give constructive feedback on photos that I like - sometimes its hard to point out things that could be better when the photos are very good!

Occassionally I just watch the Gallery and it amazes me how many photos are being uploaded every minute and imagine all these people all round the world doing what I am doing and getting the same enjoyment. Despite being in IT, this is the only site I ever spend time on out of the office - wish I had more time to take and view photos.

I live in Glasgow in the west of Scotland. Its the largest city in Scotland and a great city. Scotland is a beatiful country but I still love to travel and see new places.
