In Photoshop CS3. I used the ruler tool to draw a straight line across the top floor of windows in the middle of the building.
I then went to image> rotate> arbitrary> and the correct rotation is already dialed in to get a correct level horizon.

Hi Jeff,
I really like this picture and I think you have probably over edited this perfect picture with amaying POV and composition.

So I added more contrast and less brightness and I have issue with adjustments to colour but it would be probably better adjust in original.
I hope you like it.

Here`s what I did:
-strongly saturated only the light part of the image
-slightly saturated the rest of the image
-a bit more contrast (not much)
-alternative frame

Well if you like the original frame or this one is a question of taste, I just wanted to saturate this particular part.

So I hope you like it, if not I`ll remove it.
