my journey in documenting the natural and anthropogenic world started when a cousin in-law gave me his Pentax ProgramPlus to use for 6 months.

I am a water scientist, geologist and environmental scientist thus i like to freeze the beauty i see on film.

Before a large trek to study geology in norway, my father puchased a Pentax SuperProgram (1979) for me. A gift that has been giving for the past three years.

I find that film photography stores memories of places and people in little capsules, waiting to be uncoverd. I have about 2 dozen film rolls from the past 2 years that are waiting to be deveolped. My memories still lying dormant inside a black capsule.

This is what excites me about film.
