I am 37 years old living in Christchurch New Zealand, I am in my final year of a Bachelors degree in teaching, as an early childhood teacher. I have been a single parent now since October 2000.
I have been interested in photograpy since the late 80s..(Gee does that make me sound old??).
I enjoy black and white photography, and miss the hands on in the darkroom, there is nothing like the smell of a darkroom and the creative process with all the chemicals!!
I have been playing with digital photograhy now for only a few years, having a very basic point and push fujifulm camera. I have been happy with most of the pictures from this, and would like to invest in a really good digital camera one day!!
I have (after many years) been using my Cosina...wow did not know how much I missed the feeling of using my camera. My sons first year of rugby (2007) inspired me to pick up my camera again as I needed the 200mm lens!!
