I remove the too much for me green of bottom area using layer mask.
I rotate the image a bit at left to make big axis of ellipse, horizontal.
I like to have your opinion.

Its amazing how RAWs store extra information you can't imagine.
This one here was taken with ISO 400 (I needed a fast speed for the fountain to capture this specific shape)
Image the noise levels when I filled with light the dark areas.
However there are good filters I managed to take the noise out without loosing any important detail.
You can also see what I removed with clone stamp, the left side of the image is weak, I couldn't find any lines to clone to, but I could work with it more to make it look real, add some fake lines perhaps. But I'd like to hear your comments on that.

A bit underexposed. The water was too white to expose more. I would fix everything else in RAW and local adaptation, check my next WS to see what I mean.

RAW + HDR Custom settings plus PP brought out the original picture.
